Activity Rules
- 1. Eligible Participants
- Existing private banking clients who complete KYC verification during the campaign period or meet VIP tier requirements (Self-custody MPC and WaaS users are temporarily not supported for VIP membership and related activities).
- 2. Activity Period
- Effective from the date of publication until the platform announces the end of the campaign.
- 3. Activity Details
- How to Participate: New users must log in to "Bitfire App → Complete Registration → Complete Identity Verification" to participate. Users who fail to complete or violate rules cannot claim or use VIP benefits; existing private banking clients who have met Elite/Prestige/Infinite card standards will be upgraded to the corresponding VIP tier.
- VIP Gift Process: Once identity verification is approved, the Bitfire Club card will be automatically issued within 1 business day. You can view and activate the Bitfire Club card in "Bitfire App → Home → VIP".
- Activation: The Bitfire Club card must be manually activated in the Bitfire App before benefits can be used. If activation is not completed within the valid period, it will be deemed as voluntary forfeiture of VIP benefits, and the platform will no longer provide activation access or benefit services.
- VIP Validity Period: The complimentary VIP membership is valid for 30 days from the activation date. If your status falls below the current tier threshold after expiration, a 30-day downgrade protection period will be triggered. If you still haven't met the VIP threshold after the protection period, you will be downgraded to your actual membership tier. Please refer to the Tier Rules for details.
- 4. VIP Benefits
- Users can claim and use corresponding VIP benefits according to their tier during the validity period; benefits will expire if not used.
- After account cancellation, users will no longer enjoy any benefits from the membership center.
- VIP benefits will be updated periodically. The platform may adjust campaign rules, user benefits, and tier standards in accordance with the law. Changes are subject to the latest version. Due to changes in laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, or force majeure and other objective reasons that prevent the campaign from proceeding normally, Bitfire Group reserves the right to modify or terminate related benefits.
- 5. Risk Control & Violations
- If users engage in false verification, identity theft, illegal trading, money laundering, fraud, or other violations and improper conduct, the platform reserves the right to cancel their VIP status, reclaim improperly obtained benefits, and pursue legal liability.
- Each user may participate only once. Multiple accounts, account farming, and other violations are strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified and have benefits revoked.
- 6. Compliance Notice
- The Bitfire Club card is solely a prestigious identity credential. VIP benefits and page content do not constitute any investment advice, recommendations, or promotion of financial products/services. Investment involves risks; proceed with caution. Please make prudent decisions based on your risk tolerance and investment objectives, and bear investment risks independently.
- Bitfire Group reserves the final right of interpretation of this VIP membership campaign within the scope permitted by law and may adjust campaign rules in accordance with the law.
