  • Infinite≥ USD 5M≥ USD 15M
1. 7-day Average Daily Assets
  • The platform takes daily snapshots of the amount of assets in each currency held by the user's main account and all sub-accounts, converts them into asset value, and uses the higher of the average asset value over the past 7 days and the asset value in the daily snapshot as the user's asset value level assessment.
  • Average daily assets over the past 7 days = Total USD value of each currency asset captured in daily snapshots over the past 7 days ÷ 7
  • Example: If a user's 7-day average asset balance is $500,000 USD and their daily snapshot balance is $2,000,000 USD, their qualifying asset balance will be recognized as $2,000,000 USD, qualifying them for the Prestige VIP tier.
2. 30-day Cumulative Trading Volume
  • Calculated across all asset types traded via the user's main and sub-accounts (including OTC and other supported trades). Each eligible transaction is counted individually.
  • 30-day Volume = Total eligible transaction amounts over 30 days.
3. Higher-rank Priority
  • If both the 7-day average daily AUM and cumulative trading volume meet the criteria for different levels, the highest eligible level applies;
  • Either metric counts equally.
4. Applicable Scope
  • This VIP membership system (Elite Card, Prestige Card, Infinite Card) is exclusively available to full-custody private banking clients.
  • Self-custody MPC and WaaS clients do not participate in this tier evaluation system; related assets and transactions are not counted.
5. Level Updates
  • User VIP levels are automatically updated daily at 8:00 AM (UTC+8).
  • After the level is adjusted, you can view the latest membership status and corresponding benefits on the "Bitfire App → Home→ Bitfire Club" page.

Level Change Rules

1. Upgrade Rules
  • Upgrade Trigger:Users can upgrade their VIP level by increasing their net worth (depositing digital or fiat currency, fund appreciation, etc.) and engaging in OTC trading. The platform takes a daily snapshot of the user's eligible assets. When the average daily asset amount over the past 7 days or the cumulative trading volume over the past 30 days reaches the threshold for the next level, the user will be upgraded on the next business day.
  • Validity period:The upgraded VIP level is valid for 30 days, calculated from the date of upgrade;

Example:

  • Mr. Wang obtained an Elite Card on February 28th, and his average daily assets reached $2 million on March 1st. He upgraded to a Prestige Card on March 2nd, with a validity period of 30 days until March 31st.

2. Downgrade Rules
  • Tier Retention During Validity:During the 30-day tier validity period from the upgrade date, the current VIP tier remains unchanged even if the 7-day average assets or 30-day cumulative trading volume falls below the current tier threshold.
  • Downgrade Protection Period:After the tier validity period ends, a 30-day downgrade protection period automatically begins; if the current tier threshold is still not met during the protection period, the current VIP tier remains unchanged.
  • Final Downgrade:After the downgrade protection period ends, if the 7-day average assets or 30-day cumulative trading volume still haven't met the current tier threshold, the user will be downgraded to their actual membership tier based on the latest data.

Example:

  • Mr. Wang obtained his Prestige card on March 2nd. His average daily assets over the past 7 days (up to March 5th) were $1 million (below the $1.5 million threshold for Prestige card membership), allowing him to maintain his Prestige card for the 30-day validity period (until March 31st).
  • The validity period ended on March 31st, triggering a 30-day downgrade protection period (until April 30th). During this period, his average daily assets remained at $1 million, allowing him to continue maintaining his Prestige card.
  • After the downgrade protection period ended on April 30th, his assets remained at $1 million, still below the threshold, and he was downgraded to Elite card.
